SUMMARY: As an Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager, you will support the Sr Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Sr Account Manager in account development. You will also take ownership of the customer revenue pipeline with deep understanding of customer business and coordinate technical support to develop specific account strategies with direct factory interface.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow up closely with factories and customers on RFQ, PO, WIP and NPI status; support forecast data entry and analysis; track work order releases against forecast and annual plan; monitor cycle times; collect product information; and support new project development. The Sr. Account Manager also participates in annual sales planning, quarterly reviews, forecasting, market and risk analysis, RFQ/RFP pricing proposals and business-term negotiations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: ASE prefers a BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant sales experience for Account Manager candidates, or 4–6 years for Sr. Account Manager candidates, with an understanding of IC assembly and test in the semiconductor industry.

SUMMARY: The primary goal of this position is to promote and drive market adoption, ecosystem leadership and revenue growth for ASE strategic technologies and advanced packaging platforms, including chiplet and package architectures, 2.5D/3D integration, heterogeneous integration and system-in-package solutions.

The Director serves as a bridge between market demand and technology innovation, translating customer product roadmaps and industry trends into packaging strategies and business opportunities through deep technical dialogue, early-stage architecture influence and ecosystem collaboration.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: ASE prefers a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical, Materials, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with 12+ years of semiconductor experience, preferably in advanced packaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategically develop new customer business, increase market share with existing customers, prepare written quotes and quarterly reviews, forecast sales, coordinate technical and business activity, and lead customer negotiations on Statements of Work.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: ASE requires a BS in engineering and/or 10–12 years of sales experience, including at least five years in the semiconductor or packaging industry and a strong understanding of IC assembly and test.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: ASE requires a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts or higher and/or 12–14 years of sales experience, including at least seven years in contract manufacturing, EMS or semiconductor packaging and direct experience with major customer accounts.
