ASE passed the 1,000 U.S. patent mark in 2019. Continued research and development in advanced IC packaging supports heterogeneous integration and new applications in 5G, AIoT, extended reality and artificial intelligence.

ASE’s intellectual-property management system has been verified under the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS). The current certificate is valid through December 31, 2026, reinforcing our commitment to consistent governance, risk management and continual improvement.
