To support the continued growth of our multicultural and dynamic European headquarters, ASE is seeking a motivated and autonomous French/English speaking Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the electrical and electronic manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on automotive customers.
SUMMARY: The Account Manager is responsible for commercial relationships, business-development initiatives and account management contributing directly to strategic growth across Europe while representing both ASE and USI. The role requires semiconductor and/or electronics-manufacturing experience, including system assembly, miniaturization and SiP, particularly within the automotive industry.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or higher and/or 8–10 years of sales experience, including at least five years in contract manufacturing, EMS or semiconductor packaging. Direct sales experience with major clients is required.
European offices are in Brussels and Munich. Employees in other countries perform remote work. ASE provides a comprehensive benefit package and is an equal opportunity employer.
- Act as the primary commercial interface between customers and ASE/USI
- Identify customer needs and propose value-driven technical and commercial solutions
- Handle customer revenue, future pipeline, written quotes, quarterly reviews and forecasts
- Create and deliver technical marketing materials and presentations
- Coordinate customer and factory engineering teams and support roadmap development
- Communicate fluently in French and English
- Travel domestically and internationally
